Inevitably when employing people there are bound to be, from time to time disagreements which can of course lead to "sour grapes". In the modern world of the internet it has become increasingly easier for anybody with "sour grapes" to make this public without any requirement for fact or truth.

It has come to our attention that certain ex-employees have done exactly this through the medium of public forums. In these forums these people hide their identity and remain anonymous and generally post information with no truth at all to it. It is also worth noting that such occurrences as these are always by forum members that have done nothing more than join the forum for this purpose (and made just 1 or 2 posts), as opposed to genuine members that will always have posted many times.

We have absolutely no reason to hide from this as the employees involved have been dealt with on a legal level and as such any disputes have been dealt with - but this internet vandalism still remains in the search engine listings and we feel rather than ignore it we have no choice but to make this statement.

Anyone with ongoing dealings with Repairline will confirm that we have very high standards on a professional and ethical level and although it is saddening that these situations arise, it is a shame that rather than deal with their problems in an appropriate manner - some people insist on behaving like children.
